At Foxelle Lifestyle, we are thrilled to offer free shipping on all orders over R1000 within South Africa.  We've done our best to keep our shipping rates as low as possible by offering a standard shipping rate of R135.

Processing Time for Orders

Once you place an order with us, we aim to process it as quickly as possible to get your items to you without unnecessary delays. Because we make original, made-to-order, limited edition items using local materials and suppliers, generally, orders will be processed within 3-5 working days, after which they will be shipped out. Please note that processing times may vary slightly depending on the type of product you order.

Custom or personalised items have a longer processing time. For custom or personalised items, you can expect a processing time of around 5-10 working days. While this may take a little longer, rest assured that the result will be a truly one-of-a-kind product, made with care and attention to detail just for you.

Shipping Times and Delivery Estimates

Once your order is processed and shipped, it typically takes between 3 to 5 business days for your items to arrive. This estimated time frame does not account for weekends or public holidays, which may slightly extend the delivery period.
